Delivery and Return Conditions

The product you purchased will be delivered to the contracted shipping company within 3 business days from your order date.

You can return the product within 14 business days from the delivery date, provided that the product and packaging are undamaged and unused. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

To process your return, you need to send an email to hello@dependsonus.co with your return request and the reason for it. After providing information about your return request via email, you can send the product to us using our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo (within Turkey) with the shipping cost to be paid by us. The refund amount will be credited to you after deducting the shipping cost.

Products that are used or damaged cannot be returned.
